The City Sea Turtle Protection Ordinance applies where land either has frontage on Beach Avenue, the Cloister Condominium, or is located eastward of Seminole Road from 20th Street northward to the City Limits. 2. No fill dirt can be delivered without prior approval from Public Works. Per COAB, 24-68. 3.
