WHEREAS, Mr. Wesley Bunce, owner of the real property described
in this order has applied to the Community Development Board for
a zoning variance to construct a single family dwelling;
providing a 5' -O" rear setback where 20' -O" is required.
WHEREAS, the Community Development Board has considered the
application and rendered an opinion; and
WHEREAS, taking into consideration the above opinion, the
Community Development Board finds that the granting of such
variance will not be contrary to the public interest and owing to
special conditions a literal enforcement of the provisions of the
Zoning Code will result in unnecessary and undue hardship; now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD THAT:
Section 1. Variance granted. The owner of the real property
described in this order is hereby granted a zoning variance from
the requirement of Chapter 24 of the Ordinance Code of the City
of Atlantic Beach permitting construction of a single family
dwelling; providing a 5' -0" rear yard setback; subject to the
condition that said variance shall be transferable and shall run
with the title to the property described in this order.
Section 2. Owner and Description. The land as to which the
zoning variance is granted by this order is owner by Mr. Wesley
