On the basis of fact that the renovation to a duplex
dwelling in no way will affect the present overall dimensions
of the building, and all requirements of the building code
have been taken into consideration in plans prevented to you,
it t^gas unanimously voted that the proper steps be taken to
allow this interior renovation to be completed by Mr. Queen at
the earliest possible time . This will also , under '."r. Queen ' s
plans, include the exterior renovat ion and beautification of
the property .
