9 AN ORDINANCE REGULATIWG HOURS FOR THESA[E
OF ALCOHOLIC AND INTOXICATING BEVERAGES IN THE
CITY OP ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA; RESTRICTING THE
LOCATION WHEREIN A VENDOR OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
SHALL BE PERMITTED TO CONDUCT HIS PLACE OF
BUSINESS;FIXING THE MINIMUM VOLUME OF LIGHT TO BE
MAIN-TAINED AND REQUIRING THE SAME TO BE
MAINTAINED UPON THE PREMISES OF EACH VENDOR LICENSED TO
SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES;, PROHIBITING UNNECESSARY
AND UNUSUAL NOISES AND REGULATING THE USE OF
PUBLIC ADDRESS AND LOUD SPEAKER EQUIPMENT; AND
REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 10-59-6,
10-59-7, and 177.BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF
THE
CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,FLORLDA:SECTI-0N I. That the Code of
the City of Atlantic Beach and Ordinance 10-61-8
is hereby amended by de letion of sub-
paragraph (
A) and substitution of
new subparagraph as follows:Sec. 3-3. Alcoholic
Beveraoes A) The premises commonly known as Roland's Red
