BEACH, FLORIDA:SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to
consume alcoholic beverages upon the public properties within the City of
Atlantic Beach,Florida, or any person to be in possession of an open container
of an alcoholic beverage upon the public properties within the City
of Atlantic
Beach, Florida.SECTION 2. Public property within the City of Atlantic
Beach to include, but not all inclusive, roads, streets, highways, parks,
and the
ocean beach.SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon
its
