FLORIDA; AMENDING CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3-10, TO
REPEAL THE PROVISIONS PROHIBITING THE USE OF MUSICAL
EQUIPMENT AT A PHYSICAL LOCATION OUTSIDE
OF ANY BUILDING COMPRISING A PART OF THE
BUSINESS PREMISES OF ANY VENDOR OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; RENUMBERING SECTIOPd 3-11 TO
SECTION 3-10 AND RENUMBERING SECTION 3-12
TO 3-11; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:Section 1. Chapter
3, Section 3-10, is hereby repealed and Section 3-11
is renumbered Section 3-10, and Section 3-12
is renumbered

Section 3-10. Consumption on Vendor's Premises. It shall
be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic
beverages on the premises of any licensed vendor except
within:1) The building which is the address
of the licensed vendor; or 2) Within a
recreation area contiguous to
the building, and maintained and controlled by the licensed vendor exclusively
for recreational purposes including but not limited to golf facilities,tennis facilities, swimming facilities,
or other recreational purposes.Sec-tion-- 3-p~. Section 3-11. Consumption,
Possession of Open Container Upon Public Property.It shall be unlawful
for any person to consume alcoholic beverages upon the public properties
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
