Dear Mr. Korous:
This is to advise that the Atlantic Beach City Commission, at its
meeting of July 8, 1991, granted your request for a Use by Exception to
construct a building on the above referenced property for sma oat and
engine repair. Please be advised the exception is 'granted subject to
the following conditions:
1. The Use by Exception is granted to you personally and will not go
with the property;
2. The hours of operation during which noise can be made is limited to
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday;
3. No more than eight boats will be allowed on the property at any
time;
4. No outside storage of junk and engine parts will be permitted;
5. No individual boat may remain on the premises for more than 30
days.
