The Atlantic Beach City Commission, at its regular meeting of May 14,
1990, granted a Use by Exception for a restaurant at 1221-1261 Mayport
Road, in a Commercial Limited Zoning District. This action, however,
required that a public hearing be held and due to an oversight this
public hearing did not take place.
This is to advise that a public hearing on your request for exception
has been scheduled for the next regular meeting of the City Commission
on Tuesday, May 29, 1990, at 7:15 PM, after which the City Commission
will again vote on the matter.
