Dear Mr. Seyda:
The Atlantic Beach City Commission, at its regular meeting of May 14,
1990, denied your request for a Use by Exception for on-premise
consumption of alcoholic beverages at 461 Atlantic Boulevard. This
action, however, required that a public hearing be held before the City
Commission and due to an oversight this public hearing did not take
place.
This is to advise that a public hearing on your request for exception
has been scheduled for the next regular meeting of the City Commission
on Tuesday, May 29, 1990, at 7:15 PM, after which the City Commission
will again vote on the matter.
