During the over four years I have had my brokers license I have never listed property, shown property or sold property. I was a Foreign Service officer for twenty- eight years, most of which I spent overseas . My only interest in the real estate business is to generate an overseas clientele , and to sell property as a cooperating broker with the listing broker. 3 . I would meet prospective clients in the listing broker' s office and any closings would be handled there. There would be no business traffic in and out of my house. 4 .
