(8) of the Code, has been granted to Lots 6-12, Block 6, Ocean Grove; also known as 1660 Beach Avenue. The variance permits construction of multiple-family units within 13. 5' of the north side property line rather than the required 15' as provided in the RG-2 zoning classification. It is noted that RGA zoning, in effect prior to annexation of this area from Jacksonville to Atlantic Beach, provided for 10' side yards.
