A public hearing regarding the following items will be held by the
ATLANTIC BEACH CITY COMMISSION
in Commission Chambers located at 800 Seminole Road on
MONDAY, September 14, 2015 at 6:30PM.
•Discussion of Acquisition of 280 Camelia Street (Bennett Property)
The City is considering acquiring the property at 280 Camelia Street for the potential
conversion of the land to park space. There will be an opportunity for the public to speak for
or against this matter at the City Commission meeting. If you are unable to attend, please
feel free to share your thoughts with the City Commission at electedofficials@coab.us.
