I just spoke with Joe. He extends his apologies to everyone and asked
me to send an email to you correcting an error he made in previous
correspondence.
He said that Donna is correct; he indeed approved PTO rollover during
2019 for an employee. He said this was due to the employee’s supervisor
taking an unexpected, extended medical absence, making it especially
difficult – if not impossible – for the employee to use all of the
employee’s allotted PTO during FY 2019.
