Ordinance No. 86-681-372
As required by Section 654.124 of the Jacksonville Municipal
Code, this is to certify the completion of paving, curb and
gutter, storm drainage, water distribution, and sanitary
sewage in the above referenced subdivision. All work
has been completed in accordance with the approved plans and
specifications on file in the City Engineer's Office:
By copy of this certification, the City of Atlantic Beach hereby
accepts for maintenance the paving and drainage, curbs and gutters
in the above referenced subdivision in accordance with the
telephone conversation between Mr. Cecil Rowland and Renee Angers.
Storm drainage through easements are also hereby accepted for
maintenance.
The utilities are privately owned, therefore the City does not
accept any responsibility for the maintenance of these systems:
The value of this acceptance for paving and drainage is
$83,408.00. By copy of this memorandum it is in order to
release the plat bond in the amount of $77,868.60, secured
by Irrevocable Letter of Credit. No 31216 issued by NCNB National
Bank of Florida. By copy of this memorandum to accounting we
are asking them to write a check for the amount of the deposit.
