This letter is to provide clarification in the existing use and allowable uses under City of Atlantic
Beach regulations for 2 N. Forrestal Circle. The property is zoned Commercial, Professional
Office (CPO). Section 24-109(b) lists the permitted uses within the zoning district, which
includes single family homes as well as uses such as medical and professional offices. As a
result, the existing structure and use as a single family home can continue by code. The existing
structure can also be renovated, added on to, and even fully demolished and replaced by a new
single family home if the property owner desired.
