Sec.21-20.-Parking limitations.(c)No person shall stop,stand,or park a recreational vehicle, camper,bus,flatbed truck,trailer or commercial vehicle upon any right-of-way,except for the purpose of loading or unloading,for more than four(4)hours,except when authorized by the city manager or their designee provided that the vehicle does not obstruct traffic as described in section 21-18. 2.)Sec.24-17 Junked vehicle shall mean any abandoned,discarded,or inoperable motor vehicle, including any boat,motorcycle,trailer and the like,with a mechanical or structural condition that precludes its ability for street travel or its intended use,or one that is dismantled,discarded,wrecked, demolished or not bearing current license tags.No such vehicle shall be parked or stored openly in any zoning district unless expressly permitted within that zoning district. NATURE OF VIOLATION:The right-of-way behind your fence is being used as a storage area.The Greener Earth box truck,flat bed trailer,and yellow pick up truck are all parked there in violation of code.
